Project: United Build Group
If you’re building apartments, your website can’t look like it was built in 2012.
People don’t just “check” real estate online anymore, they decide there.
That was the gap with United Build Group.
They had the projects and they had the quality.
But online? Not telling the story right.
The challenge we were given
This project focused entirely on SEO optimization and website performance improvements for the existing website.
The scope included:
- Technical SEO improvements
- Website speed optimization
- Mobile performance enhancement
- Search visibility improvements
- Image optimization for faster loading times
- Strengthening the overall technical SEO foundation
No design updates or development rebuilds were included in this project because the visual identity of the website was already strong. The challenge was making sure the website performed as well as it looked.
Luxury furniture websites often depend on strong visuals to sell products and communicate quality, but large image files can quickly impact website performance.
Sentient Furniture had a website filled with premium visuals that supported the brand experience, but those same assets created several technical challenges.
The website needed:
- Better visibility on search engines
- Faster page load speeds
- Improved mobile responsiveness and performance
- A stronger technical SEO structure
Without these improvements, the website risked losing potential customers before they even had the chance to explore the products.
What we delivered:
We approached this with one clear goal: build a website that supports decision-making.
That meant stripping away unnecessary complexity and focusing on clarity, structure, and performance. Every section was designed to guide users through the projects without confusion, helping them quickly understand what’s available and what makes each project worth considering.
The website was developed on WordPress with a fully custom theme, tailored to match the client’s brand and positioning. We built a responsive experience from the ground up, ensuring everything works smoothly across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
At the same time, we optimized performance and SEO, because even the best design loses value if the site is slow or hard to find.

A real estate website is not just a digital brochure.
It plays a direct role in how people perceive your projects, how much they trust you, and whether they take the next step.
If your website doesn’t help users understand and believe in what you’re offering, it’s not neutral — it’s working against you.
